    • Biography

    John Ferguson practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business organizations, franchise law, commercial finance, international law and general corporate and contract law. Mr. Ferguson joined the firm through the law clerk program in 1991 and has continuously practiced with Cobb Cole since that time.

    Mr. Ferguson served as the Associate Editor of the Law Review for the Florida State University College of Law for two terms. In 2006, he received the Marvin Samuels Award for Outstanding Service to the Community, and was also chosen as one of Florida's Legal Elite, an honor which is only received by 2% of all attorneys practicing in the state of Florida.

    Mr. Ferguson actively serves on the Board of Directors of Futures, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation that supports schools throughout Volusia County by providing fundraising efforts and educational programs.
