Mr. Hart practices primarily in the areas of real estate, commercial transactions and general business law, serving as the Chairman of the Real Estate Department of the Firm. He holds an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and has practiced law and been involved in the Daytona Beach community since admission to the Bar in 1977.
