Anthony Aguanno was born in New Jersey and moved to Florida in 2005. After moving to Florida, he obtained his associate degree from Daytona State College while attending Pine Ridge High School. After graduating high school, Mr. Aguanno attended the University of South Florida where he studied chemical engineering, psychology, economics, and criminology. He obtained degrees in Economics and Criminology, while serving as an economics tutor. After graduating from the University of South Florida, he attended Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee. While in law school, Mr. Aguanno focused on intellectual property and business law. He received book awards in several intellectual property courses and was a member of the Transnational Law and Policy Journal. He also spent time interning for Community Legal Services in Daytona Beach and for Morgan and Morgan while in law school.
Following graduation from Florida State University College of Law in 2016, Mr. Aguanno moved to Tampa where he joined an insurance defense firm that focused primarily on construction defect litigation and bodily injury claims. During this time, he worked with numerous contractors on cases all over the state of Florida. In 2019, Mr. Aguanno returned to Volusia County to work for a civil defense firm at their Deland office. During this time, he focused on litigation in a variety of matters, including bodily injury, construction defect, first-party property, and PIP. Anthony joined Cobb Cole in 2024, and his practice with Cobb Cole is focused on litigation.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys cooking, watching, and attending sporting events, reading, running, and weightlifting.
