Baylee D. Bunyard

Baylee Bunyard joined Cobb Cole in 2021 as a Law Clerk for the Estate Planning Department and is now an associate for the firm. He was born in Gulf Breeze, Florida and is currently residing in South Daytona.

 

Mr. Bunyard is a first-generation college graduate and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Florida with a Certificate in International Relations and a Certificate in Public Affairs. He then enrolled in Law School at the Charleston School of Law in 2019 and was recognized on the Dean’s List Fall of 2019 and Spring of 2020. While at Charleston, he also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in his Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing class, an award designated for the highest grade in the class. Mr. Bunyard transferred to the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2020 where he completed his Juris Doctor and was the sole recipient of the Estate Planning Certificate in his graduating class.

 

Working actively in the legal industry since 2015, Mr. Bunyard has interned with the Regional Conflict Counsel in Pensacola, was a member of a litigation team that represented plaintiffs across the country in the Proton-Pump Inhibitor Multidistrict Litigation, clerked in Real Estate and Title Law, and recently collaborated with Florida Legal Services on the 2022 Fair Housing Symposium.

 

Mr. Bunyard is a member of the Volusia Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. His practice is predominately focused on estate planning needs for Volusia County residents.
