Mr. Marsh attended the University of Florida College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1981 and Master of Laws in taxation in 1982. He has practiced tax law continuously since 1982: in Daytona Beach from 1982 to 2004, in Gainesville from 2004 to 2012, and remotely from Phoenix, Arizona since 2012. Mr. Marsh was a Florida Bar board-certified tax lawyer from 1989 through 2013, and has substantial practice experience in the areas of business transactions, corporate, partnership, and limited liability company formation, corporate taxation, partnership taxation, qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, and tax-exempt organizations. He also has substantial experience in estate planning on behalf of closely held business owners, and in forming family limited partnerships and limited liability companies for asset protection and estate planning purposes
