Brianna Faenza, originally from Ormond Beach and currently residing in Deland, joined Cobb Cole as an associate attorney in the estate planning department after earning her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in May 2025. While at Stetson, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Aging Law and Policy, a scholarly journal addressing issues at the intersection of law and aging. She also authored a piece titled “Animal Hoarding in Florida’s Older Adults: Analysis of Current Laws and Suggestions for Reform.”

During law school, Ms. Faenza gained practical experience through her work with the Veterans’ Advocacy Clinic, where she assisted veterans in navigating disability compensation claims before the Board of Veterans Appeals and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She has also clerked at several law firms, supporting attorneys across multiple practice areas, and interned for the Honorable Michael Bagge-Hernandez in the 13th Judicial Circuit’s Domestic Violence Division.

Before law school, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Legal Studies and a Certificate in Litigation and Advocacy. At UCF, she distinguished herself as President of the Mediation Team and President of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, earning multiple leadership and advocacy awards, including recognition at the International Intercollegiate Mediation Tournament.

In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Ms. Faenza has been an active community volunteer, previously serving as a Guardian ad Litem in Pinellas County, advocating for children in the dependency system, and previously volunteering her time at Give Kids the World Village.
