Scott C. Tepper Jr. joined Cobb Cole in 2024 as a Law Clerk with the Corporate & Business and Business & Civil Litigation Departments and is now an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Business & Civil Litigation department. He was born and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida, and is currently residing there upon returning to the Volusia County area.
Mr. Tepper graduated from Daytona State College with his A.A. while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. While being a member of Daytona State College’s Men’s Soccer Team, Mr. Tepper was honored as the NCJAA Region 8 Scholar-Athlete of the Year award in 2018. He then completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Stetson University, where he was inducted into Beta Sigma Gamma International Honors Society, recognizing the top 10% of business students worldwide. Mr. Tepper enrolled in Law School at Stetson University College of Law in 2024 and participated in various societies and clubs like the Business Law Society, Environmental Law Society, and the Federalist Society.
Working actively in the legal field since 2023, Mr. Tepper has supported both litigation and transactional matters across multiple practice areas. His experience includes internships with a focus on complex construction litigation, workers’ compensation litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and serving with the Office of the State Attorney for Florida’s Seventh Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Tepper is a member of the Volusia Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. His practice predominantly focuses on business and civil litigation needs for individuals and companies throughout Volusia County.
